In constructing our website, we considered that we should make it as user-friendly as possible, bearing in mind that the site would contain more than 200 pages of textual information.

     Accordingly, to make it easier for you to look up material that you are interested in, all the information has been grouped into seven important sections, the titles of which appear in the upper half of the page. When you click on the appropriate section, its button will light up in its own individual colour.

     In each individual colour, on the left-hand side of the screen there are buttons for each subsection contained in the relevant section. By using the buttons above and also to the left of the screen, you will easily be able to access any section or subsection of your choice. The seven principal sections of our page are as follows:

     Communicating with I.O.S. has also been made as convenient as possible - you do not even need to open your own e-mail program in order to contact us. All you need to do is click on the button labelled send e-mail, directly on our web page, type your question in the window that appears and send the information to us straight away.
