The choice of the most appropriate jurisdiction in which to incorporate a non-resident company, is one of the main factors in reaching the objectives required by the entrepreneur of his new operational vehicle.

Consequently, it is our aim to provide the fullest possible characteristics of those jurisdictions that are of the greatest interest to the entrepreneur, as well as to identify the criteria that should be taken into account by the entrepreneur when choosing the jurisdiction for incorporation of his or her non-resident company.

The information provided in this section offers a detailed description of the advantages and disadvantages of each jurisdiction, but it should be regarded merely as a basis. I.O.S. professionals will always be glad to provide individual consultations to their clients in the context of the client's specific situation.

1.Criteria for choosing a jurisdiction. It would be very easy to choose the country of incorporation if a jurisdiction that ideally suited the needs of every entrepreneur existed - a type of "absolute offshore". However, no such 'utopia' exists in the real world. We have therefore tried to define the criteria that should be critical for the entrepreneur in choosing the best option for the country of incorporation. To view those criteria, please click here.
2.Map of offshore jurisdictions. The particular characteristic of the majority of offshore jurisdictions is that in many cases the interest expressed by entrepreneurs on them, many times exceed the physical size of those countries. Sometimes it is not easy to immediately find certain jurisdictions in standard geographical atlases.

To cater to our clients' needs, we have created a special interactive map. The user has only to open the map, then click on the name of the jurisdiction that interests him or her, and the jurisdiction will be selected on the map in a different color.

In this way, the entrepreneur will always be able to refer to the specific jurisdiction of interest in any region of the world. What is more, due to the presence of time zones on the map, the entrepreneur will be able to assess the time difference between his hometown and the jurisdiction selected.
