Please find below our standard prices for company incorporation and further annual maintenance. The following total prices include a complete "user-ready" company kit comprising all necessary corporate documents (i.e. Certificate of Incorporation/Formation, Articles of Incorporation and Memorandum/By-Laws, incorporation/organizational minutes, Nominee Director Declarations, Declarations of Trust and Resignation letters, General Power of Attorney, Corporate Register book and Seal), as well as company secretarial/maintenance service for the first year of operation (i.e. payment of necessary franchise taxes/duties, registered address/office, resident agent services, and Nominee services).

In all other jurisdictions, CoI Apostilled in country of registration already included (with the company kit), at no extra cost. - 2 - These jurisdictions require unaudited / audited Financial Statements to be prepared and filed each year.
- 3 - These jurisdictions require Due Diligence (KYC) Forms to be completed and signed before purchasing a company.
- 4 - Price includes setting up of Representative Office / EPC (but does not include cost of the Parent Company).
The prices if the company is purchased through authorised I.O.S. representatives abroad, are higher, subject to particular region/representative.
