Using this new service, you can acquaint yourself directly from your computer, 24 hours a day, with a list of our ready-made companies; choose a company most suitable for you, and reserve this company at once, in full confidentiality and with a discount of 5% of the order value. Using this service, the company ordering process is simplified to a minimum level.

| * | To register a new company with the name chosen by you: |
| | • | Please click on the "A NEW, "CUSTOM-MADE" COMPANY" box; an order form will then open for your completion. |
| | • | After sending the completed form to us, you will immediately receive an E-Mail invoice for advance payment (generally 20-30% of total costs). |
| | • | On the day of receipt of advance payment to our account, we immediately begin the process for registration of the company (total time of registration, depending on the actual jurisdiction, is 2-4 weeks). |

| * | To order a company from our shelf list: Please note that our "ready - made" list always includes at least 150 companies. We do not display the entire list of names on our public access website, in order to respect the confidentiality of the future owners of these structures. Therefore, to observe the best interests of our clients, we have developed the following procedure: |
| | • | Please click on the "READY-MADE COMPANY FROM OUR SHELF" box; an order form will then open for your completion. Please indicate your e-mail address, and send the form to us. |
| | • | A link to Ready - made company list will be sent at once to your E-mail, and after clicking on the link, you can open the full list of our Ready-made companies. |
| | • | Please choose the company from the "ready-made" list by clicking the button "Order Company". After you complete the order form and send it to I.O.S., you will automatically receive an invoice for the company and for chosen additional services. |
| | • | On the day of receipt of the payment to our account, I.O.S. shall immediately send the chosen company to the address specified by you (delivery time by worldwide courier service is 2-3 days). |
